RS is part of our school curriculum for every year group. Although a Christian school, we welcome all faiths into our community. Our children are taught to be tolerant, and to value and respect the beliefs and practices of others.
We study primarily Christianity, but consider and reflect upon the belief systems of the other principal world religions.
We aim to provide a vibrant and challenging Religious Studies curriculum whereby pupils are encouraged to reflect on some of the fundamental questions of life.
Speakers from a variety of religious backgrounds are invited to speak in school assemblies and parents are welcomed to their children’s class assembly during the year.
